Position: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - #1265
Full Time: 40 hours per week
Department: Oak Street and Off-Site Locations
Position Summary: Provides psychiatric services to LCMH consumers
through medication management and oversight. Works cooperatively with LCMH
clinical staff to determine best course of treatment for consumers. Will assume
medical responsibility for treatment provided and provide direct professional
services in the evaluation and treatment of consumers. Will work closely with
primary therapist to coordinate care while focusing on overall needs of the
consumer.
Required: RN with M.S. in Psychiatric Nursing, licensed as a Clinical
Nurse specialist or nurse practitioner in Colorado
Preferred: Board Certification, Bilingual/Bicultural
Position: Multi Systemic Therapy (MST) Supervisor/Therapist (MHT II or III)

Full Time: 40 Hours Varies, including On-Call, 24-7
Department: Child and Family
Position Summary: Provide individual and group supervision for MST
team to assure adherence to MST principles and the MST analytic process. Experience
in home based therapy working with adolescents involved in multiple systems. In
addition to strong supervisory and therapeutic skills, this position requires strong
documentation experience and the ability to work well with other agencies.

Position: Relief Residential Counselor - #1271
Part Time: Variable
Department: Choice House
Position Summary: Relief Staff position at Choice House, a
transitional living center for 6-8 adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental
illness. Relief position includes coverage of residential shifts for Choice House and
transportation services. This is a 24 hour staffed facility and applicants must be
able to work across all 3 shifts.
Required: Bachelors degree in behavioral science field, valid drivers
license with clean driving record.

Position: Mental Health Therapist II/III - Multisystemic Therapist

Position Summary: Seeking an individual with mental health clinical
training and experience to implement Multisystemic Therapy (MST.) MST is a well-researched
home and community based treatment model directed at youth involved in criminal activity
and their families. Duties include assessment, treatment, and collaboration with
families, youth, and community agency staff. Therapist will function as part of an
MST team and will participate in weekly team supervision and consultation. Must be
available to provide periodic on-call 24 hour coverage.

Position: Specialized Foster Care Support Provider

Part Time: 20 Hours Varies, including evenings and weekends
Department: Namaqua in North West Wellington
Position Summary: Provide basic support and supervision to children
and adolescents in a foster home family setting. Able to operate as a functional
member of the family and provide emotional support, resource problem solving and
advocate for the child or adolescents. Position requires ability to build strong
relationships, good communication skills and clean Colorado driving record.
Required: Experience with behaviorally challenged youth and adolescents
