Position:          Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner  - #1289
Full Time:        40 hrs a week
Department:    Oak Street and Off-Site Locations
Position Summary: Provides psychiatric services to LCMH consumers through medication management and oversight.  Works cooperatively with LCMH clinical staff to determine best course of treatment for consumers.  Will assume medical responsibility for treatment provided and provide direct professional services in the evaluation and treatment of consumers. Will work closely with primary therapist to coordinate care while focusing on overall needs of the consumer.
Required: RN with M.S. in Psychiatric Nursing, licensed as a Clinical Nurse specialist or nurse practitioner in Colorado
Preferred: Board Certification, Bilingual/Bicultural

Position:          Janitor                       #1293
Part Time:        20 EVENING hours per week
Department:    Loveland – Wilson Bldg
Position Summary:  Will keep floors, walls, windows, furniture and fixtures of offices, rest rooms and similar areas clean and in sanitary condition by hand or with equipment.  Will sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office areas.  Will empty trash and perform other assigned duties.  Will monitor and stock janitorial supplies.  Will work independently and report to the Janitorial Supervisor.
Required:  Must be able to work evenings, read, comprehend instructions and possess ability to write instructions.  Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Valid CO drivers license.  Must pass background and UA check.
